Do you anticipate seeing this spin-off series? A spin-off of the original program is called All American: Homecoming. The CW announced on December 18, 2020, that a backdoor pilot for a spin-off starring Simone Hicks, played by Geffri Maya, who previously appeared in All American, is in development.
On February 1, 2021, The CW gave the spin-off, All American: Homecoming, a pilot order. I’m on the court! The CW’s upcoming spinoff of All American won’t focus on football this time. But there’s more. So what will it be about exactly? Let me know that.
All American: Homecoming Synopsis
The executive producers of All American have created a young adult sports drama called All American: Homecoming. It is based at Bringston University and depicts the HBCU way of life, where Black success is a way of life.
The plot revolves around Damon, a legendary baseball player from Chicago, who is carrying a tremendous burden on his shoulders, and Simone, a teenage tennis prodigy from Beverly Hills who is seeking to resume greatness after a brief absence from the game.
Simone’s aunt Amara Patterson, a journalism instructor and activist, revealed a scandal that might devastate the school’s storied baseball club. As a result, new coach Marcus Turner is dedicated to winning a championship the right way with Damon’s help.
Simone and Damon will deal with the highs, lows, and sexiness of unrestrained early adulthood while attending a well-known HBCU.
All American: Homecoming Official Release Date
Let’s Move! The next television program All American: Homecoming will air soon. The first episode of the series is slated to air on February 21, 2022. It will be accessible for streaming on The CW App the next day.
All American: Homecoming Trailer
Recently, the forthcoming show’s official trailer was also made public. The All American: Homecoming teaser shows Simone’s new college life. Below is a link to the official trailer.
Simone is up against Thea, Bringston’s star tennis player, while Damon is coping with the pressure of being the “new face of HBCU baseball.”
She won’t spend much time alone at the university, though: Nkechi Okoro Carroll, the showrunner of All American, previously stated to a source that “Simone will not be the only familiar character from the Beverly Hills/Crenshaw milieu that we see land over at Bringston.”
In the Geffri Maya-led backdoor pilot spin-off, Peyton Alex Smith, Cory Hadrict, Kelly Jenrette, Sylverser Powell, Netta Walker, and Camille Hyde are slated to appear.
What were your thoughts on the trailer? How did you find it? We have no idea how well the show will go, therefore. But I really hope it succeeds. You know what to do to get additional updates, right?
